Angela Price was my agent and I found her knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to helping me close on my property. She was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I purchased a distressed investment property, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. She was helpful in highlighting the concerns conducting research required to make sure progress was being made and there weren’t any hiccups before closing.

Maria was fantastic to work with, she was very professional and helpful during this process she gave recommendations on what needed the done to sell the property quickly. It took a lil while to get everything ready, especially since we were out of town, she took the time to check on the property and to make sure everything was in order and the work we had done meet our expectations. Once the property was listed we had an offer the same day. I can’t thank Maria enough for all the hard work she put in for us. I highly recommend Maria.

Not certain whether my agent was super-polite and simply deferential or more interested in making a sale even if the house wasn't quite right for me. In any case, my experience was one of a more relaxed & reserved approach whereas I could have used additional guidance and engagement during my visits to various houses. Mostly a good experience though.
